DeepSkills – Refund Policy

1. Registration fees paid for internships, training programs, workshops, certification courses, conferences, or events are generally non-refundable.

2. Refund requests will be considered only under the following circumstances:

   • Duplicate payment made for the same registration.

   • Payment deducted but registration was not successfully completed due to a verified technical issue.

   • Program cancelled by DeepSkills.

3. If a refund is approved:

   • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

   • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

4. No refunds will be provided for:

   • Change of mind after registration.

   • Failure to attend the program.

   • Failure to complete the program.

   • Incorrect information submitted by the participant.

   • Missed sessions due to personal reasons.

5. Transfer of registration to another participant or batch may be permitted at the sole discretion of DeepSkills, depending on the nature of the program.
