Acceptance of Terms
By making a payment through the DeepSkills payment portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration Confirmation
   Registration for any internship, training program, workshop, certification, or event is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email from DeepSkills.

2. Accuracy of Information
   Participants are responsible for providing accurate personal and contact information during registration. DeepSkills shall not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the participant.

3. Payment

   • All payments must be made through the authorized online payment gateway.

   • Payment confirmation is subject to successful transaction processing by the payment gateway and banking institutions.

   • Applicable taxes, if any, are included or charged separately as specified.

4. Program Changes
   DeepSkills reserves the right to modify the schedule, venue, trainer, curriculum, or delivery mode (online/offline/hybrid) whenever necessary without prior notice.

5. Participant Conduct
   Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the program. DeepSkills reserves the right to remove any participant for inappropriate behavior without any refund.

6. Intellectual Property
   All study materials, presentations, videos, recordings, assignments, and other content provided during the program remain the intellectual property of DeepSkills and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Certificate Issuance
   Certificates will be issued only to participants who successfully fulfill the attendance and evaluation requirements specified for the respective program.

8. Limitation of Liability
   DeepSkills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any program or use of its services.

9. Privacy
   Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for program administration, communication, certification, and related academic purposes. DeepSkills will not sell or disclose personal information to third parties except where required by law.

10. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where DeepSkills operates.
